How the 12-week home rental works.

From the moment you reach out to the afternoon we come pick up the chamber at the end of your 12 weeks, here's exactly what the process looks like.

Reach out

Send us a message through the Get More Info form. Tell us roughly what you're hoping to use the chamber for, where you're located, and your rough timeline. We'll reply within one to two business days.

Intake and screening

Every rental client completes a simple intake and safety screening. This flags any contraindications that need a conversation with your physician before you use the chamber at home. If anything comes up, we'll let you know before we schedule delivery.

Confirm and schedule

Once you're cleared for rental, we confirm your start date, collect the $1,800 rental fee and refundable damage deposit, and book a delivery window. Most clients schedule delivery within one to two weeks.

Delivery, setup, and training

We deliver the chamber to your home within the Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent service area. At delivery, we assemble the chamber, test the compressor, walk you through the safety checklist, and do a live training session.

You won't be left to figure anything out on your own. We stay until you're comfortable with every step of a session, start to finish.

Twelve weeks of daily access

Use the chamber on your schedule. Phone and text support is available through the entire rental. If something breaks or a zipper jams or you have a question about session frequency, you message us and we reply.

Pickup and close-out

At the end of 12 weeks, we schedule a pickup window. We collect and sanitize the chamber. The damage deposit is released back to your card. If you've enjoyed the practice and want to continue, we can talk about next steps: an extension, a clinic-based membership, or a longer rental.
