Lakeshore Hyperbaric

Who comes in

The post-surgery healer.

You've had a procedure. Maybe an orthopedic surgery, a dental implant, a planned elective, or a repair after an injury. Your surgeon has a recovery plan, physio is part of the picture, and you're looking for additional, non-invasive ways to support the body's natural healing.

Work with your surgical team first

Before you begin any wellness practice after surgery, we ask you to talk with your surgical team. Some procedures and medications have specific timelines and contraindications that matter. We won't start sessions without your physician's awareness, and we won't ask you to stop anything they've prescribed.

Why clients fold hyperbaric in

The recovery phase after surgery is often longer than the procedure itself. Tissue healing, inflammation management, energy, sleep, and emotional wellbeing all play a role in how smoothly the recovery goes. Mild hyperbaric is one of the supporting practices some clients add to the broader plan, alongside their physio, nutrition, and rest.

The experience itself is gentle. You rest inside the chamber, breathe enriched oxygen under mild pressure, and step back into the rest of your recovery routine. For many post-surgery clients, it becomes one of the calmest hours of the week during what is often an emotionally draining season.

A typical practice

Post-surgery clients often run a ten or twenty-session package in the first months of recovery, with the pacing and timing agreed to with their surgical team. Some continue into a maintenance membership once the initial recovery period is complete.
